Editorial Policy

Tech Volix aims to publish clear, useful technology information. The standards below guide how articles should be prepared and corrected.

Sources and scope

Factual claims should be supported by reliable, relevant sources. For product capabilities and technical requirements, official documentation is preferred. Articles should distinguish a reported fact, a practical suggestion, an illustrative example, and an opinion. Readers should be able to see the limits of the evidence.

A buying checklist is not a hands-on product review. Testing claims, benchmarks, and first-person experience should appear only when the method and actual work can be described. The site should not invent experts, credentials, quotations, testing results, or endorsements.

AI assistance

AI tools may assist with research organization or drafting. AI-assisted material requires source checking and editorial judgment; fluent wording alone is not evidence of accuracy. Articles should disclose material AI assistance where it helps readers understand how the content was prepared. Illustrative examples must be distinguished from actual tests.

Corrections and updates

To report an error, use the Contact page and include the article URL and supporting evidence. Material corrections should be explained in the affected article. An updated date should reflect a substantive change rather than a cosmetic attempt to make old material look new.

Commercial relationships

Advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, free products, and other material interests should be disclosed where relevant. Paid links should use appropriate sponsored link attributes. A commercial proposal does not guarantee favorable coverage, an endorsement, or publication.

Reader responsibility

Guides describe general considerations and may not cover every device, product version, country, or circumstance. Read the Disclaimer and verify important decisions with current documentation or an appropriately qualified professional.
